Swire invited SATU to co-create an innovative workplace in Shenzhen, designed to inspire staff to be their best selves.

Drawing from Swire’s rich history and emphasizing sustainability and wellness, the project aims to revolutionize workspaces and set a benchmark for Swire’s real estate clients. With diverse space formats optimized for different activities, the workplace promotes efficiency and flexibility.
